WHO CAN APPLY
This Special Chance is only for:

Students who couldn't clear this compulsory paper and whose degree is still pending as a result.

Students who missed or failed the paper conducted on 10th June, 2026 (you must apply afresh - your June application doesn't carry over).

Application window: 24th August 2026 to 2nd September 2026, till 5 PM.

No application will be accepted after this deadline - there's no late window.
STEP 2: DOWNLOAD YOUR ADMIT CARD
Admit cards will be available on the University website from 7th September 2026. You cannot sit the exam without one, so download it as soon as it's live.
STEP 3: TAKE THE EXAM

MODE OF EXAM
The exam will be conducted online only, through Google Forms.
KEY POINTS

Separate links will be set up for separate classes. Use only the link meant for your class - submissions on the wrong link get rejected and won't be evaluated.

The paper has 100 multiple-choice questions, to be completed in 2 hours (120 minutes).
GMAIL LOGIN IS MANDATORY
You must log in with your own Gmail account.
🚫 Sharing a Gmail ID, or submitting more than one form from the same account, gets both responses withheld from evaluation.
LANGUAGE OPTIONS
Available in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Pick whichever you're comfortable with.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Once submitted, the form cannot be edited or resubmitted.

You'll get an auto-reply email confirming submission.

Screenshot the final "Form Submitted" screen and keep it until results are declared.

To finish, tick the checkbox confirming you're ending the exam, then click SUBMIT.
TIMING FLEXIBILITY
The link deactivates once the exam window ends, but the form keeps accepting submissions for 60 minutes after. This is a buffer for network issues only - not extra time to start late.
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

You cannot download the paper or submit a hard copy.

No submission method other than the official Google Form will be accepted.
PRO TIP: INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
Sit somewhere with stable internet. A disconnection means restarting the form from scratch — you lose the time already spent.

Two things will get you disqualified without appeal: missing the 2nd September application deadline, or using the wrong Gmail/wrong class link on exam day. Apply now, download your admit card the moment it's out, and don't leave exam-day login to the last minute.
